Managing the activities of Definition, Analysis-Evaluation, Design-Redesign,Modeling Execution, Measurement, Monitoring, Control and Continual Improvement of Business Processes:

– Making sure Business Processes are in alignment with the strategic goals of Business Analytics having an impact on the business in the bigger picture.

– Delivering a metric based process improvement framework that involves defining and analysing of metrics and data related to processes and their perfromance. Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate process metrics and benefits measures on initiatives.

– Leading the initiative of process change towards a culture change, impacting the hearts and minds of co-workers to cope better with the changes by empowering them through training and welcoming input through feedback.

– Maintaining measurements data for Business Analytics and reporting to SEPG and SEC gement)

– Developing an Integrated Management System on the basis of requirements of four different management systems such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000:2011, ISO 27001:2013 and CMMI 1.3. All processes and procedures in the IMS are compliant to all requirements of these standards. As set of commonalities and exclusions among the requirements are identified. This is the basis of the design of IMS.

– Designing and facilitating custom built workshops to fully engage front line staff and managers in identifying improvement opportunities to drive business performance.

– Planning, Conducting and maintaining a follow up of the review of the Processes through the Higher Level Mangement Review and SEPG Review.

– Leading the Orchestration of Internal and External Audits/Appraisal, the key ones being the following:

  • CMMI Maturity Level 3 Appraisal as the Project Manager
    ISO 20000 Service Management System Audit as MR and Project Manager
  • ISO 27001 Information Security Management System as Project Manager
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System as Project Manager
